Acceptable Address Documents

Accepted address documents include utility bills and bank statements issued in your name within the last three months.

Address verification confirms that you reside at the address you provided. To complete this step, you will need to submit a document that proves your current residential address. The document must be recent and clearly link your full name to your address.

Accepted document types

Utility bills (gas, electricity, water, or internet) issued within the last three months.
Bank statements or credit card statements issued within the last three months.
Council tax bills or local government correspondence dated within the last three months.
Official government letters addressed to you at your residential address (e.g. tax authority, social security).

Documents that are not accepted

Mobile phone bills (in most jurisdictions).
Documents dated more than three months ago.
Documents addressed to a business rather than to you personally.
Handwritten letters or unofficial correspondence.
Screenshots of online statements are not accepted — download and submit the full statement document instead.
