Email verification confirms you control the address on file — enter the one-time code sent to your inbox to complete this step.

The email verification step confirms that you have access to the email address you provided during onboarding. This is a standard security measure that helps the business ensure communications and alerts can reach you, and that the email address belongs to you.

How it works

After you enter your email address in the verification flow, a one-time code is sent to that address.
Open your email, find the message from ONEKYC or the requesting business, and copy the code.
Enter the code in the verification flow within the time limit shown (usually 10 minutes).
Once the code is accepted, the email verification step is marked as complete.

Troubleshooting

Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Make sure you entered your email address correctly — look for typos.
If the code has expired, use the 'resend' option in the verification flow to request a new one.
Some corporate email systems filter automated messages — try using a personal email address if the business allows it.
