ONEKYC takes data security seriously. All personal data and document images submitted through the platform are encrypted both in transit and at rest. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised personnel and the businesses you have explicitly consented to share with.

How your data is protected
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
Document images are not stored longer than required under applicable law or your consent.
Access is logged and audited; no staff member can access your raw data without a legitimate compliance reason.
Businesses on the ONEKYC network only receive the verified data fields you consented to share — not raw document images.

Your rights
Right to access: you can request a copy of all data ONEKYC holds about you.
Right to deletion: you can ask us to delete your ONEKYC ID and associated data.
Right to withdraw consent: you can revoke a business's access to your ONEKYC ID at any time.
Right to correct: if your verified data is inaccurate, you can request a correction.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@onekyc.io. We aim to resolve your request within 30 days, in line with applicable data protection law.
